Position:

Partner & Co-Owner – Senior Civil Engineer (Site Development Specialist)

Location:

Seattle, WA (Remote work possibilities can be discussed)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Design & Ownership: Lead the planning, design, and management of civil engineering projects, particularly in site development, while playing a pivotal role in decision-making as a co-owner.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary liaison between EPR Engineers and our clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed while building long-lasting relationships.
  • Business Development: Drive company growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, from bid processes to client presentations and networking events.
  • Team & Project Management: Oversee, guide, and ensure the timely and budget-friendly completion of projects. Lead a growing team towards excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold our commitment to top-notch quality by ensuring all designs and projects adhere to local codes, best practices, and standards.
  • Mentorship & Culture Building: Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and camaraderie. Train and mentor new talent, ensuring they align with our values and vision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license in WA is required; OR license is a strong plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in site development projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing and growing client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for sustainable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership roles, with a focus on team growth and project management.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.
